We deliver to anywhere in Australia. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we need your residential address for billing purposes. Average delivery times after despatch from our Queensland warehouse are listed below:
Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take longer.
We accept international orders online for most products but only calculate to ship within Australia, therefore your order will be accepted online and an email sent to you for additional shipping charges.
The delivery options and additional delivery charges will be clearly stated in our email. If customers requiring international delivery choose not to accept the additional charges they can request their order to be cancelled and money refunded.
In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials.
If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees. To organise a return please contact us by email.
