Shipping

  • Regular shipping: this is our standard delivery method and is based on total load weight. Note: in some circumstances, the maximum weight we can ship in one consignment is 20kg, therefore for orders over 20kg may be shipped in seperate consignments and may have multiple tracking numbers. All of our products show weight details.
  • Bulk freight: if your order is more than 20kg you can contact us for further delivery options.
  • Shipping is added to your order at the time of checkout. We use freight companies or Australia Post depending on the size of the article.

Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in Australia. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we need your residential address for billing purposes. Average delivery times after despatch from our Queensland warehouse are listed below:

  • Deliveries to Queensland take on average: 10 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to New South Wales take on average: 10 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to Victoria take on average: 12 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to ACT take on average: 12 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to South Australia take on average: 12 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to Tasmania take on average: 13 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to Western Australia take on average: 15 working days to arrive.
  • Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 10 working days to arrive.

Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take longer.

International Shipping

We accept international orders online for most products but only calculate to ship within Australia, therefore your order will be accepted online and an email sent to you for additional shipping charges.

The delivery options and additional delivery charges will be clearly stated in our email. If customers requiring international delivery choose not to accept the additional charges they can request their order to be cancelled and money refunded.

Returns Policy

In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials.

If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees. To organise a return please contact us by email.
